Damp Start, Brighter Spells Later

Overnight rain has left New Atlas slick underfoot this morning, with standing water expected along side streets and older drains. Commuters should allow a little extra time getting where they need to go.

Cloud will linger through the early hours before giving way to brighter spells around midday. A light breeze may catch loose papers and anything else not properly secured.

Umbrellas are advised. Watch the kerb. And if a van comes past too quickly, be sure to step back. You’ll thank me later.
